Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your Reignover subscription at any time, for any reason or for no reason whatsoever, without incurring any cancellation fees, penalties, or additional charges of any kind. Cancellation may be initiated through the Manage Billing portal accessible within your account settings. Upon submission of a cancellation request, such request shall be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. No prior notice beyond the act of cancellation itself is required, and you shall not be obligated to provide any explanation or justification for your decision to discontinue your subscription. Your cancellation shall take effect at the conclusion of the then-current billing period for which payment has already been remitted.

Access After Cancellation

Following the effective processing of your cancellation request, you shall retain full and uninterrupted access to all features, functionalities, and content associated with your paid subscription tier through the remainder of the billing period for which payment has been received. Upon the expiration of said billing period, your account shall automatically revert to the free tier of service. From that point forward, you shall continue to have access to all features, content, and functionalities made available under the free tier, including but not limited to The Signal. However, access to any and all content, features, or functionalities designated as exclusive to the paid subscription tier — including, without limitation, full Builds and deep-dive Foundations — shall be immediately and automatically discontinued. Reignover reserves no obligation to maintain, preserve, or provide access to any subscription-exclusive content or data following the expiration of your paid billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, at the sole and absolute discretion of Reignover. As a general policy, refunds may be considered for charges that were processed within seven (7) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the refund request is submitted. Circumstances that may warrant the issuance of a refund include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: charges made in error, duplicate billing, significant and documented service disruptions attributable to Reignover, or other circumstances that Reignover, in its sole judgment, deems appropriate for a refund. Reignover makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any particular refund request will be approved, and the determination of whether a refund is warranted shall rest entirely with Reignover. All approved refunds shall be issued to the original payment method on file and may require up to ten (10) business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must submit a written communication via electronic mail to support@reignover.net containing, at a minimum, the following information: (a) the email address associated with your Reignover account; (b) the approximate date and amount of the charge in question; and (c) a clear and reasonably detailed description of the basis upon which the refund is being requested. Reignover shall endeavor to acknowledge receipt of all refund requests within two (2) business days from the date of receipt. Failure to include the requisite information described herein may result in delays in the processing of your request. Reignover reserves the right to request additional information or documentation as it deems reasonably necessary to evaluate your refund request.

Free Tier

The free tier of the Reignover service is provided at no cost to the user and does not involve any monetary transaction, recurring charge, or financial obligation of any kind. Accordingly, the provisions of this Refund Policy, including but not limited to those pertaining to cancellation, refund eligibility, and refund request procedures, shall not apply to users who exclusively utilize the free tier of service. The free tier may be used indefinitely, subject to compliance with the applicable Terms of Service, and no payment information is required to access or maintain a free-tier account. Reignover reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier of service at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Reignover shall make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all such inquiries in a timely manner. This Refund Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Reignover with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding refunds and cancellations. Reignover reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting to the Reignover website. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
